playroom

this was the nursery, but since my daughter decided it was too babyish for her bedroom, i decided to make it into a playroom. the tree is an 8 ft white tree decorated in ballerinas and princesses! and yes! that's barbie on top.

Open House 2011

i spent almost a month decorating and three days baking and our open house was soooo worth it this year! we had such a great time with over a hundred of our friends and family members

yes it's true folks. i am at my limit (maybe hehe) of twenty Christmas trees. i  have 5 small trees and 15 full size ranging from 7-9 feet tall. check out the link on an earlier post to see pictures of all of them. and don't forget to check back, because i hope to posting more pictures of the outside decorations, including the big tree on the front porch!

i love BIG bows!

i wanted big bows on my staircase this year! i used an entire roll of ribbon for each bow!
